Products Description
Cylindrical cell inserting can machine is used to automatically flush out the bottom pad and automatically insert the battery core into the steel case. It has a humanized structure, simple operation, stable, reliable and efficient, and is suitable for mass production.
Equipment working process:
- Manually discharge the core or connect it to the winding machine;
- Automatically discharge the steel shell;
- Detection and removal of oversized battery cells;
- Automatically find the positive and negative tabs and automatically fold the tabs;
- Automatically add the bottom pad and insert it into the steel shell;
- The belt line discharges materials and can be used as an all-in-one rolling groove machine with a surface pad at the bottom of the docking point;
