 Products Description 

Pouch cell battery heat press machine is mainly used for battery cells hot pressing after winding process, easy for battery cells into the pouch or shell.

Using the hot press shaping machine after battery winding on the template by pressure and heat to reduce batteries thickness with finalize design, reducing the battery core short circuit rate and ensure the consistency of the thickness of the finished batteries.

The machine has simple structure and easy operation. During operation, equipment power supply first, the equipment will heat automatically after setting temperature, when achieved to the set temperature, manual put the cell or other materials on the lower plate, set press time and pressure, double press the start button, the upper plate will down automatically, when up to the set time, the upper plate will rise automatically, then take out the cell or materials.
