The button/coin battery mold can be installed on a hydraulic sealing machine and used as a button battery disassembly mold product. The standard configuration can be used to disassemble all CR20 series button batteries. It has the advantages of small size, easy operation and accurate disassembly. Mainly used for sample ingestion research on internal battery materials
- The normal pressure gauge reading of button battery disassembly pressure is 50kgcm2-80kg/cm2. This machine has been set at about 100kg/cm2 before leaving the factory. If greater force is required in special circumstances (the maximum force is 200kg/cm2, about 8 tons pressure);
- Mold: A set of molds for disassembling CR20 series button batteries such as CR2032, CR2025, CR2016, etc.;
- Structural parts material: stainless steel and high-strength chromium steel, the surface has been treated by environmentally friendly electroplating and spraying to never rust.
