Introduce
The manual battery winding machine winds the battery core into a cylindrical shape.
A permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the power source, and the speed is adjustable with the motor speed regulator. Manually insert the positive and negative battery pole pieces and separators into the battery winding needle and calibrate them, and then step on the foot switch to run the motor to achieve the purpose of winding the battery core.
Battery winding machine and laminating/stacking machine represent two different battery processes.
