Introduce
Hot Press Machine(Pouch Cell hot press) is suitable for hot-pressing and shaping the rolled cells of pouch cell batteries into a flat shape. Hot pressing reduces the distance between the positive electrode, negative electrode and separator, shortens the traveling distance of lithium ions, and reduces internal resistance.
The battery core is thermoformed to facilitate entry into the housing and smooth the shape of the pouch cell package. It can also be used for thermoforming of finished batteries.
The hot press formation machine is the last equipment used in the pouch cell battery winding process. The equipment used in the winding process includes winding machines, ultrasonic welding machines, and hot presses machine.
