Solid State Battery Sealing Machine is mainly used for manual unilateral top sealing process of flexible packaging lithium cells.
Process flow:The device has an upper and lower head, the upper head is active, the lower head is fixed, after the battery is put in, the foot switch is stepped down, the tooling is lowered, the upper head is automatically pressed down through the adjustable stroke cylinder, and then through the head, the heat conduction effect is applied to the packaging material of the lithium battery, so that it is heated and fused together to seal the battery.
