Prussian white (PW), which is the fully reduced and sodiated form of prussian blue(PB), which is called Prussian white because it contains high sodium (Prussian blue contains only one sodium) and appears white.
PW could significantly improve the manufacturability of commercial batteries as it circumventsthe requirement of a reactive sodium-loaded anode in cell assembly.
Prussian blue frame structure allows sodium ions to be embedded and released quickly, with excellent structural stability and rate performance.
Prussian blue cathode material is a potential sodium ion storage material because of its simple preparation process and stable structure.
